Our goal is to encourage rangatahi to bring your full-selves into the workplace, and to empower you to create long-term positive impacts for yourself, your whānau and your communities. About Us

Mō mātou

The Growth Project – Whakaahu Whakamua is a programme designed specifically to help Māori achieve their full potential in the workplace, and progress into leadership positions. The programme was established in 2019, we began with the goal of helping Tauira to find their place within the corporate spaces of Aotearoa. Since then, our programme has outgrown this scope, and is now supporting Tauira alongside Iwi, government, and organisation partners with plenty more room to grow!

Our partnerships with organisations ensure the long-term sustainability of businesses by enhancing diversity, and creating a culture of inclusion. The obstacles faced by graduates throughout their career and personal journey will constantly change – workplace cultures will always matter! The Growth Project aims for our rangatahi to be supported, have access to opportunities and develop which best fit their career aspirations.

Through the establishment of this programme, we have helped and continue to help our graduates utilise valuable skills and knowledge from their studies, and apply them into the world of work. Collaborations lead to a more prosperous and innovative organisations within Aotearoa.
